If you haven't started the listen, you get your money back, no questions. If you've heard the song, you've had the thing you paid for.

Unplayed listens — full refund

Bought a listen and haven't pressed begin? Email bonillajaime525@gmail.com with your listen link and I'll refund it in full. No explanation needed.

Played listens — no refund

Once the play has started, the listen has been delivered — that's the entire product. It can't be returned any more than a concert can.

If something broke

If the song didn't play, cut out, or the site fell over mid-listen — that's on me, and you get a refund or a fresh listen, your pick. Just email bonillajaime525@gmail.com and tell me what happened. I'd rather refund an honest person than argue with them.

Accidental double purchase

Refunded in full, always. Email bonillajaime525@gmail.com.

How refunds arrive

Back to the card you paid with, via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. A refunded purchase loses its play — that's automatic.
